The website Drivehunt.in and the mobile application DriveHunt are owned and operated by the Company. These Terms govern your use of the website and the app (collectively, the “Platform”).
The DriveHunt app allows users to register by submitting basic information such as Name, Phone Number, Email ID, Postal Code, and City.
To ensure authenticity and prevent fraud, the app may also request additional details, including your Driver's License number and Aadhar number.
By using the DriveHunt app, you confirm that you are legally competent and of the required age to enter into binding agreements. If you are a minor, you may use the app only with the consent of your legal guardian, who will supervise all actions undertaken.
You also agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
Users who are not legally competent or are prohibited from entering into contracts under applicable law are not permitted to use the DriveHunt app.
All content on the DriveHunt app, including text, graphics, user interfaces, visual elements, photographs, trademarks, logos, brand names, descriptions, sounds, music, and artwork (collectively, "Content"), is generated or provided based on information submitted by users or third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, integrity, or authenticity of such content.
All content displayed on the DriveHunt app is protected by copyright and may not be reused, reproduced, adapted, or modified without prior written consent from DriveHunt and the respective copyright owner.
Users are solely responsible for the integrity, authenticity, and accuracy of any content they provide. While feedback and comments can be submitted through the app, DriveHunt is not liable for content or comments submitted by other users. The app reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that create, share, or submit content deemed false, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate. Users are responsible for any financial or legal consequences arising from such content.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited right to access content on the DriveHunt app. Unauthorized copying, adaptation, or modification of content is strictly prohibited without written permission.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DriveHunt, its directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, "Parties") from any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from:

Under no circumstances shall DriveHunt be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, data, or profits, whether foreseeable or not. This limitation applies to any theory of liability, including breach of contract, warranty, negligence, or other tortious actions arising from your use of the DriveHunt app and its services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, delay, damage, accident, injury, non‑performance, service quality, pricing, cancellation, overbooking, breakdown, or regulatory breach arising out of user‑to‑user dealings. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the contracting users.
These Terms of Use remain a valid and binding contract while you continue to access and use the DriveHunt app. You may terminate your use of the app at any time.
We reserve the right to terminate these Terms, close your account, or suspend/restrict your access for any reason, especially in cases of violations or legal concerns. Such actions do not limit our right to take additional measures as appropriate.
DriveHunt may also discontinue services or the app without prior notice.
DriveHunt may, at its sole discretion, terminate your access to the app, or any part of it, at any time without notice or cause.
We may deny access to certain users or features, impose different access levels, or modify/add app functionalities without prior notice to protect the app and other users.
These Terms of Use remain binding on you, and termination of the app does not release you from obligations under these Terms.
By using the DriveHunt app and providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls, emails, or SMS messages from DriveHunt or its representatives regarding services you avail or related matters.
If you notice any discrepancies with the app or content, you can report them to "DriveHunt.in at +91-8866699844". We will investigate and respond as appropriate, depending on the time needed for resolution.
You agree that any communication regarding services or app usage is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you indemnify DriveHunt from any claims arising from such communications.
By using the DriveHunt app, you acknowledge that you are a responsible user and agree to the following obligations:
a. Provide accurate and genuine information when registering or using the app. Use of fictitious or false credentials is strictly prohibited, and DriveHunt is not liable for incorrect information provided by you.
b. Ensure that all account information, including Name, Email, Address, Mobile Number, and any other required details, remains accurate and up-to-date at all times.
c. Assume full responsibility for all activities undertaken during or after booking a service through the app. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents, illegal activities, or misuse of services. You waive any claim against DriveHunt for breaches of personally identifiable information related to such activities.
d. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify DriveHunt immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
e. Hold DriveHunt harmless from any legal action arising from your activities, including use of vendor services under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or involvement in prohibited activities, in accordance with applicable laws.
f. Acknowledge that all discussions, negotiations, and agreements with vendors are solely between you and the vendor. DriveHunt shall not be a party to any such negotiations or disputes, including payment terms and service arrangements.
g. Understand that DriveHunt’s liability is limited to acknowledging the basic condition of the vendor’s vehicle. Vendors are solely responsible for the quality and condition of vehicles, and users may not pursue legal action against DriveHunt for vendor-related issues.
h. Acknowledge that optional third-party insurance packages may be offered, but availability is not guaranteed.
i. Authorize DriveHunt to use, store, and process personal information, user-generated content, reviews, ratings, and location data for service personalization, marketing, promotional purposes, and optimization of app features.
j. Agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveHunt and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the app or violation of these Terms of Use.
k. Refrain from copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any information, content, or material on the app without prior written permission from DriveHunt.
l. Access the app only through the provided interfaces and not by automated means, deep-linking, scraping, or other unauthorized methods. Any attempt to circumvent the app’s structure or content may result in suspension or termination of your account.
m. Acknowledge that user-generated content on the app is owned by the users, and DriveHunt is not responsible for such content. Offensive or objectionable content may be reported and removed at DriveHunt’s discretion.

Without limiting other legal remedies, DriveHunt reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the app, temporarily or permanently, without notice or liability, under the following circumstances:
All intellectual property on the DriveHunt app, including trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, graphics, designs, content, and other brand features (collectively “Intellectual Property”), are either owned by DriveHunt or licensed from third-party owners. No content, branding, or materials may be used, reproduced, copied, or distributed without our prior written consent or the consent of the respective owner.
You acknowledge that Intellectual Property cannot be used in a manner that could cause confusion, mislead users, or disparage DriveHunt. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action. These provisions survive the termination or expiry of these Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy.
DriveHunt shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, riots, labor disputes, internet outages, technical failures, hacking, piracy, or any illegal or unauthorized activities.
Any disputes arising from the Terms of Use shall be resolved through arbitration. This agreement survives the termination or expiry of these Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by DriveHunt. The arbitration award will be binding on all parties, and costs will be borne according to the arbitrator's decision. Arbitration will be conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
These Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any related agreements are governed by the laws of India.
