The website Drivehunt.in and the mobile application DriveHunt are owned and operated by the Company. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked through the Platform.
We value your purchase and appreciate your trust in Drivehunt.in / DriveHunt app. Please read this Refunds and Cancellation Policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and obligations concerning any booking or service purchase through our platform.
Refunds may be granted only in exceptional circumstances where Drivehunt.in / DriveHunt app has failed to provide the requested services. In such cases, the User may be entitled to a full refund, subject to deduction of any applicable taxes. Refunds will be considered only if sufficient proof of non-delivery or service failure is provided. Drivehunt.in / DriveHunt app’s decision regarding refund eligibility shall be final and binding.
Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days and will be credited using the same mode of payment originally used by the User.
All refund requests must be submitted via Drivehunt.in / DriveHunt app’s official support channels. Requests made through any other means will not be entertained. Refunds are subject to verification and investigation by Drivehunt.in / DriveHunt app, following our internal guidelines.
While we strive to ensure service details and pricing are accurate, technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect information provided by third-party service providers may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the affected service and refund the payment made by the User.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. For enforcement of arbitration awards, equitable relief, or litigation (if applicable), the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Drivehunt.in / DriveHunt app maintains a record of fraudulent or non-compliant transactions and reserves the right to deny access to such Users or cancel any bookings placed by them in the future.
